Recently I was asked to reply in 5 sentences what AIESEC brought to me. It was actually very interesting, to summarize 5 years of my experience in 5 sentences, however I did it and decided to share it in this post.
After finishing all 1-1 meetings with my team members, I scheduled our first team meeting. To be more precise, that was the first meeting of that team led by me. And it was totally unpredictable.
At the very beginning of my new leadership experience, I tried to understand each team member and the current state of my team. There is a huge difference between a team and a group of individuals, so I had to understand where are my members.
Recently I got a chance to lead a team. It is definitely not the first time that I am leading a team, however each experience is unique. And I must say that each of these experiences is hard in its own way.
